People need to realise dandruff is normal 😭 it’s just a tried scalp which can be caused by many things, stress takes a part in dandruff due to raise in cortisol which increases scalp production and causes something called malassezia. Hormones can also cause dandruff, so can allergy’s, the sun, using hot tools as heat to your hair all the time can damage your scalp's moisture and cause dryness, itching, and flaking. And can diet with vitamin deficiency! It doesn’t play a direct role but again, the main problem and cause of dandruff is malasszia, same again with hormones, stress, etc.
