She forgives him bc they both constantly would let their son outside , unattended , knowing the pool wasn’t fenced. She said it could have happened to her too and that’s why she forgives him. She knows she left him unsupervised constantly too.

They didn’t get a fence. They disabled the door alarms. Her husband was too busy on his phone. All of those put together is just unacceptable. Then they’re on a boat & her child doesn’t have a life jacket. People underestimate how hard it is to save a child in water & then SAVE YOURSELF as well. You get worn out. So irresponsible
