@vanessa_eyelish: 📍ALEBRIJES CONCHA BAKING CLASS @Moi de Alebrijes Bakery POV: You leave a baking class with fresh conchas... and a whole new appreciation for the people who make them. 🥹🥖 I had the opportunity to join one of the incredible concha baking classes at Alebrijes Bakery in Ontario, California, and this was so much more than just a baking class. ❤️ Not only did we make conchas completely from scratch, but we also learned about the history, tradition, and culture behind one of Mexico's most beloved sweet breads. 🇲🇽✨ I honestly have so much respect for bakers now because this is truly a craft. Every step takes love, patience, and care, and you can absolutely see that in everything they do. What I love most is that Moises is creating a space where the community can learn these traditions while keeping the classes affordable and accessible. 💛 From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was incredible. You can genuinely feel the passion that goes into every part of this experience. Whether you sign up for one of their hands-on baking classes or pick up one of their at-home concha baking kits to make with family and friends, I can't recommend it enough. 🥹🥐 I'm so grateful I had the chance to be part of this experience.
