What in the america is happening here? Shooting at driving cars is a LAST resort, what happened to 100 unnecessary police cars following a driver fleeing and using SPIKE STRIPS to disarm the car! It’s much safer than aiming straight on in front of a moving vehicle and running after a moving vehicle they could get driven over by. What are you even doing?!

A teenager saw the whole thing. Driver put the car in drive and drove towards the officer. Its pretty easy folks, do what your told by law enforcement
