Add the onion and garlic with the stock. Add 2 sprigs of fresh thyme or a teaspoon of dried thyme or sage and salt and pepper to taste. Cook covered 20 minutes and temp the chicken. Take off the heat when 165-175°. Serve with your favorite veggies.
