I hate tomatoes so I replaced it for chocolate pudding, didnt have cheese so I used whipped cream, I dont want bad breath so onion is out and I used raspberries, who wants basil in a pie so I swapped that for mint, im allergic to eggs so I swapped out mayo for chocolate drzzle.... 10/10 would make this recipe again

Chop your tomatoes. Drain well. 1/2 cheese mixture on bottom, tomatoes then rest of cheese mixture. You’re welcome

I salt my tomatoes on clean kitchen towels (or paper towels), cover with more towels, set a cookie sheet on top and set a cast-iron frying pans on it. Really presses out the juices so I get a firm pie, not a soggy one.

Try this with cream cheese makes it creamy, and cooked bacon!! We also made it with Jalapeños pimento cheese as the cheese mixture Amazing!

This is a great recipe because you can eat something with basil and green onion and since it is baked you don’t have to worry about explosive you know what. It really looks delicious.
