So glad you mentioned not using dirty shower towels! But honestly, swapping micellar water for a real lipid-rich cleansing oil as the first step was a lifesaver for my barrier. No cotton pad friction, just pure melt-off! 🫧

Sometimes I worry I wash for too long. As an acne prone girl I want to make sure I get every square inch. I rub for at least five minutes every time I wash my face 🫣

what cleaner can i use for the first one besides micellar water bc i dont wear makeup and tbh i only use spf sometimes bc my face is really sensitive and also i sit at a desk inside all day for work. ive just been using my curology gel cleanser twice to double cleanse 😭 i also wash my face in the shower at night

My first cleanse is cereve makeup wipes. Then I use anua heartleaf oil cleanser, then anua heartleaf cleanser or la roche posay effaclar cleanser (I alternate). Then I use la roche effaclar clarifying solution and then amlactin moisturizer..and my little closed comadones will not go away. Help!

I didn't realize micellar water counted as cleanser lol I've been using the farmacy cleanser and then a milky one. Also does a make up melt count as cleanser or should I be using 3 products to makeup remove and double cleanse?
