everyone on tiktok just regurgitate and say the same thing but no one really ever say why. why go through the trouble to use imax cameras. im sure its more than just "imax cameras are famous for their image quality"

Someone dared Christopher Nolan to spend 200 million USD on a movie. He had to get creative in finding new ways to make his life unnecessarily complicated. First world problems.

I remember in an interview, I think it could have been for the odyssey, Tom Holland said he thought the director hated him and his performance because they would cut every 3 minutes or so, basically stopping and starting. Only for him to be told that it was because it was the IMAX only able to capture that amount of time 😂
