@bristexastails: Day 23 with Nola. 🐥🌧️ It’s been raining but today Nola went on her very first walk around the neighborhood! I know that may sound odd since she’s been with me for 23 days now, but for a while she had a URI and I was so nervous about pushing her too much. URIs are super common in shelter dogs but sometimes they can be hard to kick and if hers had turned into pneumonia, I wasn’t confident her little body would have been strong enough to fight it. But all of her meds are officially done, her URI is gone and she’s eating so great now. Today she finally got to put on her little ducky raincoat and go explore the neighborhood!
