You can't get free domains, but there are multiple sites that offer subdomains. You can't change the nameservers though

guys DigitalPlat used to give away real free domains (TLDs) now they just give you subdomains, and make the TLDs paid, it's 2$ per slot, the only good thing about buying their TLDs is that they cover SSL and security for you
