Aren’t they’re natural ways to prevent UTIs without vaginal estrogen cream? You can’t tell me a synthetic chemical is good for your vagina or body.

im 23 and I use it! kept having reccurent vaginitis but tested negative for EVERYTHING and estradiol vaginally is the only thing that has helped my symptoms .

I’m an RN, I used to work in ID, we gave this out all the time for recurrent UTI patients because the estrogen cream makes the vaginal PH more normal and kills more bacteria
