I have always found that if i really have no reason to keep something, but still have some kind of connection to it, I will take pictures of it or videos and always have those to remember even if I get rid of the item

De hecho, el tteokbokki no era originalmente un plato picante. Se podría decir que esta es la versión original de verdad, la que viene de hace siglos. «Gungjung» significa que era un plato que se comía en el palacio real, y se dice que el origen del tteokbokki fue precisamente un plato de lujo que solo se servía en la mesa del rey. Como se puede hacer fácilmente en España con papel de arroz y salsa de soja de Lidl o de cualquier otro súper, espero que os animéis a probarlo :) [Ingredientes] *cda=Cucharada(Tbs) *cdta=Cucharadita(Tsp) -Para marinar carne 1 cdta de salsa de soja(de cualquier marca) 1cdta de ajo picado 1/2 cdta de azúcar -Para tteokbokki 16 hojas de papel de arroz 120g de ternera(yo usé entraña pero cualquier parte sirve) 1 cda de ajo picado(15g aprox) 80g de setas portobello(o setas al gusto) 80g de cebolla 40g de zanahoria 200ml de agua 2 cdas de salsa de soja 1/2 cda de azúcar #tteokbokki #궁중떡볶이 #gungjungtteokbokki #comidacoreana #tteokbokkisinpicante](/video/cover/7623469189315185940.webp)
