Spencer James Spence :
My mother was a RN in these environments and the amount of violence verbal and physical was a lot. She is a strong woman retired now but it has affected her, only the right fit can work in these environments.

Sometime it’s not the client, it’s the family like daughter (usually). Reported and twisted the world telling bad thing about care worker to the company

My mum has been a social worker my whole life. When I was in high school, I was considering following in her footsteps. She told me that almost every day she works with people in some of the most unimaginable situations. Then at the end of the day she comes home and sits at the dinner table with her family, and tells us about how great her day was. She said if you don’t have that switch to turn it on and off, you won’t make it. Really put into perspective just how emotionally demanding the job is.
