What if took same ingredients but not adding Biscoff butter in chocolate, mix it with “crust ingredients. Roll that into ball and chill till firm then dip in white chocolate. I bet that would be good too

thank you thank you thank you for sharing!! I made this, but for a twist, I put the "bottom cookie" into the freezer for just an hour and a half, took it out and cut into bars and then dipped it into the melted chocolate and rolled the edges into the Biscoff crumbs. Heavenly! almost didn't make it to the BBQ table...😂🤣🤣😂 they were so hard to stop eating
