Please even if you did go in the back it’s not like you’re actually going to look for the item. Most retail workers that “look in the back” chit chat with employees in the back for a few minutes and go back and tell the customer “sorry we don’t have it back there”.

as a former asm, we're technically not supposed to check in the back, whatever there is there, thats why the new shirts say "thrill of the hunt". We're supposed to be stocking, cleaning, and helping yall within the store not in the back. otherwise its an issue if out stuff isnt done

not every store keeps backstroke in the back in that way. I don't know why that is such a common question. like no, we don't keep it back there. it's not a factory back there making more merchandise.

I'm not about to spend an HOUR DIGGING, so no if it's not on the shelf we don't currently have it. you can find it online , wait, or go to another dollar tree and if I get the "can you check anyway" I'm literally gonna go back there and stand for like 5 minutes tops since you wanna waste my time from doing actual work

see, I will go in the back 1) if they want a shit ton b) they're nice c) I know I have it. helps my sales and makes them come back. but sometimes im just not in the mood. these "tasks" are driving me nuts. and these damn shelf strips. we just changed them 6 months ago fr fr wtfffff. they sure know how to waste money

Anyways. Thank you to the man at the grocery store that was kind enough to go get the only milk that my son drinks when he was first born. & wasn’t rude even though there was none left on the aisle. Appreciate people like that.
