its not that easy, my bestfriend has trouble communicating and isn't like me so him and I have adapted to it and so if he doesnt text me then I let him be until he wants to and I do the same thing so if they dont tell you they're not in the mood to talk or why they're not answering then let them be. you being bothered by it is your own problem you need to talk with them about when they're ready.
