They can’t take care of a child they have a care giver who helps them! Imagine if the kid fell and no one was there? It’s just not feasible

Sad thing is they aren’t signing up to be grandparents to a healthy child, they’re signing up to have a child with medical conditions. (If naturally) and yes, that will affect the grandparents heavilyyyy
