@hoodieandhustle: There is no way this works with no eggs." I was wrong. 🍪🍫😱 Melt dark chocolate + butter → both sugars → condensed milk + milk + vanilla → flour + cocoa + cornstarch + baking powder + salt → chocolate chips → scoop → bake 175°C 10–12 min → cool → 😱 🍪 RECIPE Chocolate Base: 200g (1¾ cups) dark chocolate, chopped 60g (¼ cup) unsalted butter Sugar Phase: 90g (½ cup - 1 tbsp) caster sugar 45g (3 tbsp + 1 tsp) brown sugar Wet Ingredients: 120g (½ cup + 1 tbsp) condensed milk 35g (2 tbsp + 1 tsp) milk 1 tsp vanilla extract Dry Ingredients: 55g (scant ½ cup) flour 18g (3 tbsp) cocoa powder 12g (1½ tbsp) cornstarch ¼ tsp baking powder Tiny pinch baking soda ¼ tsp salt Add-ins: 100g (½ cup + 2 tbsp) chocolate chips No eggs. No gloss. No crinkle. Still good. Here's my verdict. 🍪 #brownies #cookies #chocolate #dessert #noeggs #EasyRecipe #fyp
