as a professional dry cleaner, I'll tell you a cheaper tool. use a wire hanger. make a double eye lid on the end and straighten it out and there you go half a cent cost

That's awesome and I could really use one about once every five or ten years. If I buy one today then I'll forget I own it or where it is before need it. Zip ties, though, are always on hand.
