no no your 100% in the right to be feeling mad about this. if they aren't able to make something, they communicate it. not procrastinate until you send the money. + for the 2nd one you should've paid less no matter what. if they give less then you should pay less. that's the norm. Stop bc the first thing just happened to me as well they traced over the reference i send them (the hair was wrong bc of it) and i said „could u make the lighting a bit similar to the reference“ (which is a warm tone with yellow/orange colors) and she deadass send me back a white/brighter version and said „here idk“ LIKE GIRL u just wasted my money at this point
