As a busy adult, it can be challenging to juggle work/business, social life, family and fitness 🌟  These are some strategies that have worked well for me over the years 👇🏾  1. Schedule Your workouts 📅  Respect yourself enough to give the same amount of dedication and commitment to your personal fitness and health as you do your Job or your favorite sports team or TV show Determine what your weekly calendar looks like, then schedule at least 2-3 workouts at opportune junctures on your calendar. Then show up and grind. No excuses 🚫🙅‍♂️ 2. VILPA 🏋️‍♀️ VILPA means Vigorous Intermittent Lifestyle Physical Activity. In other words, Take whatever physical activity you already do as a normal part of your day, and do it with more intensity.  It only takes a few seconds at most.  For example, if you typically take the stairs to get to your office, try going quicker up the stairs instead of a going at a slower pace.  New studies are showing remarkable improvements in cardiovascular 🫀 and metabolic health with VILPA 3. Exercise Snacks 🍟 These are short bouts of movement through your day as opposed to longer workouts  As little as 4 seconds has been shown to improve fitness. But taking 5-10 mins to work through a bodyweight exercise will certainly help drop fat, improve your energy and endurance.
