Learn to read the wave buoys, swell size and direction check rock pools up high see if it’s fresh or salty never relax a set wave will catch you out have a plan for where to get out if go in and don’t panic

When big wave be careful.My friend was rushed into the sea. Luckily he landed safely after swimming 1 hour.and he is so weak to walk.I came and pick him up

Good decision no fish is woth losing your life over, some places i rock fish i make it mandatory that i wear a PFD and also the right footwear is critical as is a plan A and B if the worse happens, knowing your location definitely helps, looking at detailed sea conditions online at home is an excellent idea.
