I’m not black but I fired a staff member for calling a black child buckwheat. The parent told me and I was mortified. She was fired that next day.

I got a write up for "accidentally" spraying a customer with Windex when she was being racist towards my coworker. It's not my fault it was 5 minutes from closing and the displays needed to be wiped down, she had her face too close to the glass that she already saw me working on and I had "horrible" aim that day and got her face entirely by "mistake" ..... write up didn't stick 🤣

I use to have my own office and I was playing my music in my office and I asked my coworker who was next door to me if my music was bothering her and she said "no", then we got into a staff meeting and said "I have an issue with Nicole's weird African music". It was French techno. 😒 She also kept editing our system to steal my sales. I told management and they did nothing. I quit a few months later. then found out our manager was fired because information was sent to corporate stating that she instructed staff to mistreat a certain demographic.

i was training a new girl at work, and one of the white dudes goes "ooh cool are you guys sisters?", and we were both just Black. so i ask him "no what would make you think that?" dude said "oh yk .. cause of the the... glasses. yall both have glasses." 😑😑😑

I worked for an apartment complex and a white lady got robbed. They sent me there to figure out what happened. So I go and ask her what did the people look like. She looked right in my face and said they looked like me. I was more shocked than upset. A few weeks later she was grazed by a bullet from her white neighbor who was supposedly cleaning his gun.
