@Kylie Jenner i love you (you’ll need): - 1 shot of espresso (or double if you prefer it stronger) - 1/3 cup oats (30-40g) - 1 egg - 3/4 cup (about 200ml) any milk - 2tbsp maple syrup (to serve): - 1 banana - 1tbsp butter - greek yogurt - raw cocoa - honey method: 1. begin by brewing a fresh shot of espresso (or double!). 2. add into a small saucepan, followed by the egg, oats, maple syrup and milk. 3. place on a medium to low heat and begin whisking right away until the egg is fully incorporated. 4. keep whisking until the porridge begins to release steam - reduce the heat to low and keep whisking. 5. leave for a couple minutes whilst you peel and slice the banana lengthways. 6. in a seperate frying pan, melt the butter on a medium heat and place the banana slices face down onto the pan. 7. leave for a few minutes to caramelise. 8. keep whisking the oat mix until it thickens and becomes creamy (make sure the heat remains low as you want to cook the egg slowly to make sure it doesn’t scramble!). 9. once the banana has caramelised on one side, very carefully flip over and cook for another couple of minutes or until both sides are beautifully golden. 10. once the oats are creamy and thick enough for your liking, remove from the heat. 11. serve in a bowl and top with the caramelised banana. 12. dollop a generous spoonful of greek yogurt and dust with cocoa. 13. finish with a drizzle of honey / maple syrup… enjoy xxx☕️☕️☕️ ##breakfast##coffee##tiramisu##yogurt##oatmeal
