Broiler Chicken โธป ๐Ÿ” Chicken (50%) - 35.9 / 50 Appearance & Preparation - 7.3 / 10 Meat cuts are consistent, however the broken and detached skin reduces its visual appeal. The dressing looks light and barely noticeable. Skin Quality - 7.0 / 10 There was too little intact skin for a complete assessment. What remained was reasonably soft, but lacked the silkiness, elasticity and gelatin layer found in stronger executions. Meat Texture - 7.5 / 10 The thigh meat had a firm bite rather than a melt-in-the-mouth texture. It was not overly dry, but lacked the tenderness and juiciness of better poached chicken.
