It may not be all about if he accidentally drowned or something worse… there’s also.. contributing to a minor which may or may not lead too such circumstances, withholding property, tampering with such property, which would be evidence tampering… possible chain of command issues… if certain parties overstepped their boundaries as a judiciary figure… which can lead to misconduct by multiple parties…

you can bet they have atopsy report, or they would not have went to Grand jury... now they are waiting on investigation... all accidental and natural cause deaths go through the grand jury in the state of MS to see weather to end it, or go forward... so they are waiting on investigation to finish before decision... they just haven't released it yet...

His comments are not completely accurate. FBI is utilized often for resources often, especially when something is high profile. His original statement was correct at the time, meaning there was no evidence of wrong doing which was prior to on going investigation. His only mistake is forgetting the public doesn't understand police speak.

I feel like maybe the girl set him up rather than his friends…. Hence maybe why the judge mom is sticking up for her step son because, by doing so, she is not really breaking the rules because they can poof the boys are innocent. I could be wrong…
