@tiwaz88ss: September 16, 2020. Maxim "Tesak" Martsinkevich died at SIZO-3 in Chelyabinsk while in custody. Russian authorities ruled his death a suicide, while his family and lawyers disputed this conclusion and called for further investigation. Many of his supporters also rejected the official account, believing he had been killed or that his death was not properly explained, although no conclusive evidence has publicly confirmed those claims. In the days that followed, unofficial memorial banners, posters, and tributes appeared in several Russian cities, including those shown in these photos.
