@barnardco: The next time you need to remove an anchor point in Adobe Illustrator without messing up your paths along with it, try this… Select your ‘Delete Anchor Point Tool’. That’s not just the [P] shortcut. You need to press [P] then minus [-]. Hold down [SHIFT] and then click to remove. When you hold down [SHIFT] before clicking, the tool does its best to redraw the paths the way they were before. If it can’t recreate the curve because there are two few anchors or handles to do it, Illustrator will do its best to fill in the blanks.
