they have 15 minutes from the start of the stop otherwise its an illegal detainment . they must have further probable cause to extend that time and suspicion does not count. they want the window down so they can falsely claim they smell something to allow a dog search which allows them to fish for things to charge you with

I was going home from work one night. There’s a car going slow in front of me so I pulled out the pass and saw he was a police officer as I was passing him. He sped up, which is illegal then he pulled me over and said I cut him off, but he let me off with just a warning. These guys will try anything to try to get you in trouble.

By law, if asked you're required to disclose if you have firearms in your vehicle or on your person. Some states require that disclosure at the moment of the stop.

check state law. you are legally required in most states to either proactively inform the officer if you have a firearm, or that you must answer the question if it is asked.
