Arrange the hopia in the pan and cover, then reduce the heat to low. Cook for 5–6 minutes, or until the bottom is lightly golden brown. Flip each hopia, cover the pan again, and cook for another 5–6 minutes, or until both sides are golden brown. Serve while hot for the best texture and flavor. Keep the heat on low so the dough cooks through and becomes flaky without burning. Covering the pan helps the sides cook properly. If needed, stand each hopia on its side and cook for a few more minutes, rotating as needed for an even golden color all around. #hopia #hopiamonggo
