A is the answer. IODO family comes first and since the chain is even(i.e 4), the counting can start from either sides of the carbon atoms. So, counting backwards because of the iodo compound which is bromo, therefore; bromo comes first and it’s on the second carbon atoms. That’s 2 - bromo. The methyl from the alkane Family is on the first and third carbon atoms which is 1,3- dimethyl. And we have four chained carbon atoms which is Butane from the alkane family. We have the structure named as 2-BROMO-1,3-DIMETHYL BUTANE.
