For those of you who may not know, this girl most likely suffer from TSW (Topical Steroid Withdrawal) which is a reaction from the body due to the stoppage of the use of steroid creams. Therefore, the skin has reacted by becoming darker, flaky and thicker as it craves the steroids once more. The nose remains the same colour as it has not blood vessels, therefore there is no change. Before commenting something harsh, try to put yourself in her position. Especially as a female.
