The stupid PAP town councils have been using our monies to purchase equipment that does not work well. 3 weeks ago, they rolled out a mini garbage truck reducing the manpower to 1 worker but since the last 3 days, they had to revert back to using 3 workers manually with the previous mini buggy to clear the rubbish. of course the only losers are the workers and the residents while TC managers and their staff plan their next overseas holidays or annual feasting in the comfort of their air conditioned offices.
