he was suspended for being transphobic, not for referring her to another doctor. he quite literally said "i dont care if he shaved his besrd and told my secretary hes a woman, i still see him as man". by the way, the appointment was for CHEST PAIN. not even related to genitalia at all, he couldve treated her 😭
