do you wanna start doing more fun makeup for your cosplays but don’t have any ideas? here’s a few easy things i love doing to make my makeup more creative and interesting!! 🕷️🩷 different lipstick colours i love a basic red/pink lip or cool tone brown for male characters but when i get to do something more fun like black/blue/purple etc it makes my makeup feel more intense and interesting even though it’s so easy 🕷️🩷 graphic liner with graphic liner you can add little details for some characters! you can make it so character specific too 🕷️🩷 different blush colours i love changing my blush colour based on a character’s colour scheme. yes i love a pink/reddish blush but i really love getting to do an orange or mauve/purple blush. 🕷️🩷 different lipstick shapes i’ve taken a lot of inspo from douyin makeup for my usual lipstick shapes! i also love a sharp, pointy lip look for my trad goth looks. or focusing the colour in the middle of my lips for a doll-like marie antoinette style look. for male characters i also tend to make my top lip darker than my bottom lip. 🕷️🩷 rhinestones/pearls etc little rhinestones/pearls/even fake piercings you can stick on your face with eyelash glue are a super super easy way to add something a little more interesting! i love adding little water droplets to characters like furina and kokomi like this. i’ve also used little glitter stars for my columbina and denki cosplays before! 🕷️🩷 different eyeliner shapes i tend to switch between a standard big wing, downturned puppy liner (for cuter characters) or a thinner, sharper wing for male characters. my thicker liner makes my eyes look way bigger and more doll-like with my lashes while my thin half winged liner looks more sharp and sleek. - - 💧 tiara is from @TiarasforU #furinacosplay #furinadefontaine #genshincosplay #GenshinImpact #genshinimpactcosplay
