Gotham. night city have hope and extremely freedom and impression. Gotham on the other hand have literal villains, if their mind got uploaded to the net in night city, even V is killing himself.

the bigger danger is it's in golfing, but like night city, you can just be killed by a random person, dad, your options like, would you rather be essentially it have you entire CD frightened, or just occasionally see, in certain places, people gain hold up in gun point and you might get your head blown off if you stare for too long
