I live in Switzerland, and the regulations here are very strict. They would never allow chocolate that wasn’t safe or met the required standards to be produced. But apparently, in America, they do.

This used to be my treat to myself. 2 squares of dark chocolate a day for its benefits. Not to mention 1 chobani ‘high protein’ yoghurt a day. Little did I know the health foods I thought I was treating myself with has actually been harming me.
