I don’t need them to slow down, I just want labor protections. At my company, I was told we are getting rid of the QA automation team. That 4 people that will no longer have income, in an industry that is saying we don’t want that skillset anymore. I want harsh penalties for non-performance related terminations. Removing at-will employment laws would be a great place to start
