The administration of that daycare and other workers who witness this failed that little girl and parents when this happened. They also need to be retrained or removed for other careers.

thats why my kids never went to daycare you can't trust anyone with your kids ,and for them to sit around and laugh and not help her it sadness me my heart is broken they should get the max as well, who sits around and let someone beat a child for the most part anyone 😒

I would have sued that daycare worker and also had the daycare shut down and taken my child to hospital the other workers who laughed should also be sent to jail and shut down

maybe she'll learn something with 15 years in prison but I think all of those who sit by and laughed and watch should also get 15 years why in the world would they let that child go through that and not intervene. close down the daycare put them all in prison and if there's any medical or repercussions that that child has from this head beating then I think these people somehow should have to pay for everything
