Tiger nuts is the number 1 when it comes to fiber and it must be eaten with the back, I used to wash it very well soak in the fridge for 2days and pair it with dates and the next day it'll cleanse my system so we'll as if someone use broom to sweep my intestine 😂

When I was suffering from constipation sometimes a week I won’t use the toilet, the doctor advised I should eat oat every morning, eat enough tigernut, unripe plantain and psyllium husks and most especially drink enough water. that really helped me now I have a regular bowel movement
