MANGO TIRAMISU #food #dessert #recipe #tiramisu CREAM 250 g mascarpone 40 g powdered sugar 8 g vanilla sugar (1 tbsp, or 1/2 vanilla extract) 250 ml heavy cream FILLING 100 ml milk ladyfingers GARNISH 100 g condensed milk 300 g mango (1 piece) fresh mint leaves Put the mascarpone with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar in a deep bowl. Mix well. Gradually add the cream. Mix until stiff. Spoon the cream into a piping bag. Peel the mango and cut it into small cubes. Cut the ladyfingers into pieces that fit into the glasses. Pour the milk into a bowl and briefly dip the ladyfingers into it. Divide the ladyfingers over the bottom of the glasses. Pipe a layer of cream on top and spread some mango cubes over it.
