🥪🔥 Carne Asada Torta 🔥🥑 🛒 Ingredients 🥩 Carne Asada - 2 lbs flap meat - 2 tbsp Spanglish Asadero Ranchero Steak Seasoning - 2 tbsp achiote paste - ¼ cup orange juice - Juice of 2 limes - 1 Mexican beer - 1 tbsp Wsauce - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 2 tbsp olive oil - 6 garlic cloves, minced - cilantro, chopped  🥑 Guacamole - 2 ripe avocados - Juice of 1 lime - 2 tbsp diced white onion - 2 tbsp chopped cilantro - 1 jalapeño, finely diced - 1 tsp Spanglish Asadero Garlic Lime Seasoning 🌶️ Poblano Pico - 3 Roma tomatoes, diced - 1 roasted poblano, diced - ¼ white onion, diced - 1 jalapeño, finely diced - ¼ cup chopped cilantro - Juice of 1 lime - 1 tsp Spanglish Asadero Garlic Lime Seasoning 🥣 Poblano Crema - 1 roasted poblano - 1 cup Mexican crema - Juice of 1 lime - ¼ cup cilantro - 2 garlic cloves - 1 tsp Spanglish Asadero Garlic Lime Seasoning 🥪 For the Torta - 4 telera rolls - 2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese - Spanglish Asadero Carne Asada BBQ Sauce (or Birria BBQ Sauce) - Butter or olive oil 👨‍🍳 Directions 1️⃣ Mix the Ranchero Steak Seasoning, achiote paste, orange juice, lime juice, Wsauce, soy sauce, olive oil, and garlic.
