Your experience is valid, but one coffee shop doesn't represent Rwanda. It would be more accurate to mention the specific café that gave you poor service instead of making it seem like the whole country's service is the same.

I went in a restaurant ,I waited for 1 hour and half and when I tell them that m going then they bring food (cold food) the I asked why u didn’t bring it if it was ready they said they forgot 😅 some restaurant are weird they don’t know what they really want

If something is not going right, at least let's learn to be humble. Keep the customer informed of the progress every time, apologize for the delays, show that you really care, promise that you're working to resolve the issue, and actually work on it so that it doesn't happen again. Let's note that every instance of bad service you give affects not just you but the whole nation, in one way or another. Empathy is key.🔑

Not only coffee ☕, in Rwanda if you find a shopkeeper talking you'll wait until he/she is done. If you're a passenger at a taxi stage, you have to chase the t for you to board

The country is good is many aspects no cap 🧢. But communication in many private services needs a lot of improvement. From the network providers, to the front desks to the local artisans, needs a lot of communication training.
