So hear me out… those balls women use when pregnant or in childbirth and for pelvic floor exercises. I absolutely love mine! it just relaxes the pelvis and you can bounce move around lay on it.

Yeah, it’s like what women do when they’re in labor! I’ve been saying since I was 11 that I swear my cramps are as bad as contractions. I literally cannot imagine more pain.
