Cook the Chicken (ignore if you are using rotisserie. Just shread and set aside) 	1.	Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and 2 tsp olive oil. 	2.	Heat 1 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp butter in a pan. 	3.	Cook chicken 7–10 minutes until browned and cooked through. 	4.	Remove from heat and set aside. 🩵2. Build the Soup Base 	1.	In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat 2 tbsp Sun Dried Tomato oil + 2 tbsp butter. 	2.	Add diced onion, carrots, and celery. Cook 5–7 minutes until they start to soften. 	3.	Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant. 	4.	Add tomato paste and sun dried tomatoes. 🩵3. Add Liquids + Creaminess 	1.	Pour in chicken stock and stir well. 	2.	Add whole milk and heavy cream, stir until smooth. 	3.	Add the cream cheese and let it melt fully into the soup. 🩵4.
