I see people in the comments saying no because of stuff like their sexuality, mental illness, a trait they don't like, and I wish I could reply to them all but for anyone who sees this who may not like who they're becoming for reasons such as that just know I'M proud of you, I know it's generic but you've made it this far, facing ups and downs and learning from them, you can make it so much further and learn even more! Nobody is perfect, Not me, not you, not that person you may or may not idolize, we're all people. You deserve the best, try not to give yourself more "reason" to dislike yourself, make small changes thst benefit YOU! It's hard, i'm personally still in the process of bettering myself, I couldn't tell you the amount of times recently i've nearly spiraled into some sort of episode over the smallest things, but i've managed to avoid that and actually get better with whatever was frustrating me to begin with! I've started communicating directly with friends, drawing more, and doing things that make me happy; You deserve that too, you just have to make room for improvement, two tips that have helped me are to replace any negative thoughts with silly sarcastic ones (EG: If i mess up a drawing instead of telling myself i'm awful at this I've been trying to correct that into something like "this is totally the best thing I've ever made", sarcasm but I've found not being directly negative helps my motivation to draw and helps me not get as irritated)
this one moreso applies to executive dysfunction or something but if you're struggling to get out of bed for whatever reason simplifying it to "get up" rather than "get up and do [XYZ]" makes getting out of bed easier
Sorry for the long read or if i went off topic, if you've read this please drink water if you can, open a window to get sunlight or something. you will be okay if you let yourself be okay
