I was part of the gateway program in school and I discovered not only am I slightly clervoyant, I'm also slightly telepathic and can put thoughts in people's heads... i can control it to a certain extent.But that extent isn't very big so I have a hard time, actually controlling it....

It's not time travel, it's all about remote viewing. If by remote viewing the past they think that is time travel, that's silly. There is nothing theoretical about remote viewing & has been used by the Gov since the 1950's.

These methods are a shortcut, or maybe training wheels, for meditative states. Yes, the write-up is speculative in nature, and based on subjective/anecdotal experiences, but the best way to study consciousness (in some ways) is via consciousness itself; there's only some things diagnostic hardware can tell you. All you can do with anecdotes is speculate, unfortunately; it clashes with the scientific method, in that regard. That doesn't mean there's nothing to it, but it does mean it should be taken with a grain of salt
