On the bounce curl brush you mentioned it looked frizzy, I had that issue but wetting the brush prior to running it thru the hair with product was a game changer to combat that frizz. Taking a dry brush with these types of bristles take the product out of the hair causing dryness

I am not blessed with curly hair like my 3 daughters and I think you just answered my question as to why one of my girls’ hair is uneven with the original brush. I have to play around with it as I’m styling it to prevent, so this is a good tip. We have 2 bounce curl brushes and have been using them for a few years, I’m going to buy the detangling brush too! Here’s a photo of her gorgeous hair.
