@cookcomfort: California Roll Sushi Bowls 🍣 🥒 Makes 2 bowls 2 cups cooked rice 6 oz cooked salmon, flaked 10 oz imitation crab, chopped 2 mini cucumbers, diced 1 cup cooked edamame 1/2 cup matchstick carrots 1 nori sheet, chopped or crumbled 1–2 scallions, sliced 1 avocado, diced 1/4 cup mayo 1 Tbsp sriracha Sesame seeds Divide the cooked rice between two bowls. Top with salmon, crab, cucumber, edamame, carrots, avocado, scallions, and crumbled nori. Stir together mayo and sriracha; drizzle over each bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy!
