I’m trying to teach my husband something that as an autistic it took my like 16 years to learn. Act, play the part, think of it as the role of the life time. Like there’s a cámara, you are not lying you are saying the lines neurotypical people want to hear. Because I experience this issues since I was a child and then into my teen years; but my mother told me to fix it and through trial and error now I can do it without my sense of righteousness interfering. But he doesn’t have an autistic mom, no body explained this to him. Mind you his life has gotten better since he started trying

I always panic every time I need to talk to my bosses which is like multiple times a week. I feel like I’m so awkward and I sound dumb. Meanwhile, I hired most of the staff in the company 🤣
